To all my brothers and sisters allow me to share!!!  When you yell and scream at the woman or man you are supposed to love!  You are causing more damage than you will ever realize.  Those memories of verbal, physical, mental and yes emotional abuse lives with each and every one of us!!!  Your special someone will question if you really love them?!

So if you feel the need to disrespect the one you love, GO ALREADY!!  LEAVE THEM IN PEACE BECAUSE EACH AND EVERYONE OF US DESERVE LOVE AND RESPECT!!

How can anyone get over the past when no one is 

held accountable for the wrong they have done. 


This goes for all people.

The past of slavery, the past of abuse....Why did they 

hurt so many....No one is held accountable. Until they

are held accountable things will remain the same.

POWER OF A POLITICAN

This afternoon I asked Michael a question?  “Why do people run for political office?”  As usual Michael gave me a long speech LOL and then I heard the word I wanted to hear….since the beginning of the political parties such as, Democrats and Republicans it has been about POWER.   Not the people. 

Many of us voted for an amazing man, President Barack Obama.  For years our President has tried to do right for the people now of course many of you will disagree with me but…it as clear as the blue sky that many run for political office for power, not for the people of this country.

So think and listen real hard to those who only care for POWER before you decided to vote for them because they are only for themselves.

WHERE DO WE GO?! - SURVIVOR OF ABUSE BY POLICE

This weekend I am honored to say that I spoke on a panel with wonderful Advocates against Domestic Violence but....I realize that deep in my soul there has been a question that continues to haunt me.

What do you tell a victim or a survivor who, ABUSER IS An OFFICER OF THE LAW? Where can they go for help? Where can they hide? Where is it safe for them? What can I tell them?!

Does our government truly hear our cries?  Will you continue to ignore us?  We need your help!
