IT IS A TIME FOR JUSTICE.  THIS MAN OF THE LAW AS HE CALLS HIMSELF MUST NOT GET BACK ON THE PHILADELPHIA POLICE DEPARTMENT.

  1. It is time for justice! This man, former Lt. Josey, must no get back on the Philadelphia Police Department. Former police Lt. Jonathan Josey, who was caught on camera punching a woman in the face, has been formally charged. An internet video seen by millions showed Lt. Jonathan Josey punching 39-year-old Aida Guzman at 5th and Lehigh at a street party after the Puerto Rican Day Parade on September 30th. The use of force was not necessary in that circumstance. At a news conference on Thursday afternoon, District Attorney Seth Williams said Josey was charged with Simple Assault, a 2nd-degree misdemeanor. "Police officers have the legal authority to use force, but only that force necessary to affect an arrest," Williams said. I personally believe that the Philadelphia Police Department is corrupt, and it is time that government does something about this injustice.

Therefore, he is not qualified to be a police officer for the Philadelphia Police Department.
